iPad Insurance Claims

To make a claim for the iPad you have ordered through the school please follow the appropriate link below to complete the claim form.

You will need to know the serial number of your child’s iPad, which can be found under settings, the back of the ipad at the bottom or on your lease agreement paperwork.

Please also let us know that you have had to make a claim as we will endevour to provide a loan device whilst it is repaired.

iPads Purchased after 31 May 2023

iPads Purhcased before September 2023

All iPads purchased before this date are no longer covered by lease insurance, you may be able to claim through your home insurance or locate your local repairer.
