Collection of GCSE Certificates

If you haven’t been able to collect your GCSE Certificates, please email Mrs Medland using the email address below.

If you are unable to collect them and wish someone to collect them on your behalf, please complete the form below and give it to your nominated person.  They will need a copy of the form and some form of ID for me to hand your certificates over.
